How might we...

Deliver a premium transport booking service taking passengers direct from London Victoria to London Gatwick Airport within 30 minutes? 🤓

What I did

  • Collaborated with project manager, architect, engineers, and client to developed user flows, information architecture, conceptual design, and dashboard KPIs
  • Created high fidelity design prototypes
  • Educated client on design’s best practice
  • Designed to incorporate a brand identity into the finished product
  • Delivered design system & assets for production

I led a complete cross-platform redesign and overhaul of the apps. Our main challenge was to make it quick and easy for users to download the app (it had to remain light for those on mobile data traveling from abroad) and fast to purchase the right ticket for the customer to purchase on the station platform with minimal investment required to learn the app.
